How we work
Each project unfolds in stages that take it from an initial idea to a defined project ready to be built. Throughout the process we stay in constant communication with the client, making decisions together and shaping the project step by step.

01 — Preliminary studies
Before starting the design, we analyse the site conditions and the regulations that may affect the project. This stage reveals the site's possibilities and limitations and sets a clear basis for the design.

02 — Preliminary design
We start from the client's needs, ideas and way of living to define the spaces, their dimensions, position and relationship to one another. We develop the architectural proposal until we find a solution that answers to the project and is approved by the client.

03 — Design development
Once the proposal is defined, we go deeper into each area of the project. At this stage the main interior and exterior design decisions are made and developed — materials, finishes and other elements that consolidate the proposal into the final design.

04 — Construction drawings
The approved proposal is developed into a set of technical documents that allow the project to be built. This stage covers the construction drawings, technical specifications and the corresponding architectural, structural and electromechanical documentation.

05 — Permits and approvals
Once the documentation is complete, we submit the project to the CFIA through the APC platform and then manage the building permit with the corresponding municipality. We accompany the client throughout this process and can assist with the necessary documentation and paperwork.

06 — Construction
With the permits approved, construction begins. Depending on the scope contracted, we can accompany the project through technical supervision and site follow-up, keeping continuity with the decisions made during the design process and ensuring it is carried out correctly.
