We accompany each project from preliminary design through technical site supervision, with a process built so the design answers to the site, the budget and the life of the people who will live there.

Architecture answers to the site, it does not interrupt it.

Every project begins with a careful reading of the land, the light and Costa Rica's climate. We work alongside the client from the first sketch through technical site supervision, aiming for solutions that age well and answer to the lives of the people who will inhabit them.

Support from start to finish

Architectural design

We develop bespoke architectural projects, balancing function, aesthetics and each client's particular needs.
Preliminary design

We turn the client's ideas and needs into an architectural proposal, defining the layout, the spaces and the project's main characteristics.
Construction drawings

We produce the technical documentation needed to take the project to construction, including drawings and the corresponding specifications.
3D visualisation

We create three-dimensional images and representations so the project can be understood and seen before it is built.
Permits and filing

We handle the filing and follow-up of the documentation required to process the project before the relevant institutions.
Technical site supervision

We accompany the construction process, following the project through and verifying that it is executed according to the drawings and agreed criteria.
Renovations

We develop proposals to transform and improve existing spaces, weighing both the current conditions and the needs of the new project.
