Our name, es.taller.arq, is a statement of how we understand architectural design: as a process of exchange, exploration and collaboration.
We believe every project begins with a vision the client has built and cultivated in their mind long before coming to us: a way of living, a need, an image or a wish waiting to find its architectural form.
Our role is to understand that vision, interpret it and turn it into a possible reality.
We don't simply seek to bring an idea to the site, but to find the way that idea can belong to it.
To do so, we put those ideas in dialogue with the concrete conditions of each place: the climate, the topography, the orientation, the landscape, the materials, the building systems and the context.
We design together with our clients in a synergistic process, where the vision of those who will inhabit the space and our experience as architects complement, question and enrich each other.
